We offer a complete range of construction services along with the flexibility to self perform. No matter the scale of the project, Elford has the experience, the resources and the expertise to deliver a finished product of uncompromising quality. Elford has experience with numerous delivery formats, including General Contracting, Construction Manager at Risk, Construction Manager/ Agency, Design/ Build, Owner’s Representative, and Service and Maintenance Agreements.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Our founder, Edward "Pop" Elford, started the company in 1910 with $153.75 in the bank. Today, 85 percent of our clients are repeat clients, some going as far back as 50 years of continuous relationship.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
What is The Elford Difference? It’s where the artistry of construction meets the science of centralized project management.
