Aerial image acquisition for photogrammetry is a constantly evolving science of imaging, precise positioning, and computer/software technologies. The last several years have demonstrated the growing need for aerial geospatial information. To support current and future requirements, Midwest Aerial Photography has incorporated new technologies and devised new production processes to meet
increasing customer demands. Our endeavor is to provide service meeting the highest quality standards for aerial photogrammetric missions supporting photo interpretation, remote sensing, GIS (Geographic Information Systems)
orthophotography, planimetric mapping and topographic mapping.
Midwest Aerial Photography has provided airborne data acquisition services and products to the public and private sectors since being founded in 1989. We have served these entities focused on customer needs providing small scale and large scale images with high-quality resolution at engineering scale accuracy throughout the United States.
Our airborne data acquisition and aviation infrastructure includes seven survey aircraft; four Zeiss RMK TOP 15 film cameras; four Zeiss DMC II 4-Band direct digital sensors, the next generation of direct digital image capture technology from Zeiss/Intergraph.
Midwest Aerial Photography has established itself as the principal firm in the midwest region that specializes in aerial mapping photography. Our very survival as a business entity has always depended on our ability to deliver a high quality professional product in a timely manner. Our traditional working area has been the midwest and southeast United States, however we have completed projects throughout the entire United States and eastern Canada.
