How long have you been in business?
As the owner of Convenient Customized Cleaning I have been in the janitorial industry for the past 10 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Floor Maintenance, Carpet and window cleaning, trash removal, waste extraction, dust treatment.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
In 2004 I was a franchisee. After discovering a penchant for janitorial services I found it prudent to found my own company. To alleviate the fees associated with contracting with franchises, founding my own company was essential to become more profitable. We utilize that growth as a conduit to become more competitive. Along with being owner of Convenient Customized Cleaning, I also work for Global Management Solutions. At this company I am Lead/Supervisor over a staff of 5. My daily responsibilities include servicing 24 different tenant offices of some of central ohio's most important companies.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
By customizing our package of services to your discretion, we found it beneficial for customers by providing discounts in service across a wide spectrum along with flexibility in choice of service hours.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
As of right now the company has only one location. Although, our expectations for Convenient Customized Cleaning is to aggregate more services into our package by merger activity or independently via growth.

Convenient Customized Cleaning is a home based company with plans on retail outlets by the 3rd quarter 2011.

Kevin Griffin is the owner who handles all daily activity.

Our service hour are customized to the customers request, incorporationg a dynamic in the service industry that will change convention.
