Subscription rates for The National Psychologist are $35 for one-year and $60 for two-years. The 2012 Appointment Calendar for Mental Health Professionals is $35 each (p&h included) plus sales tax. We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Am. Ex.
